TAKING A COMPATIBLE iPHONE/iPAD PHOTO

Please make sure your phone is set to support taking a photo in JPG format. Many iPhones and iPads automatically are set to take HEIC format photos which we do not support.

Below are steps on where to find this in your Settings on your Apple device.

1. Open “Settings” and select “Camera”

2. After selecting “Camera”, select “Formats” 

3. Finally, select “Most Compatible”
